The overall experience with Basement Panther was fantastic. Joe, our inspector/salesman thoroughly listened to what we were looking for, patiently answered all my questions and provided helpful suggestions (he did not push any services). The crew (Lorenzo, Pedro and others) were efficient, punctual and left our basement very clean. Panther replaced our basement french drain, installed a sump pump and vapor barrier on basement walls. The price was very fair and the crew finished the job in only 2 days. I highly recommend them and would use them for other projects.

Lorenzo and his crew went above and beyond to provide exactly what my concrete porch needed to make it safe and beautiful. The team worked hard to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted, and finished the project on time. I would highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again for my next project!

Joe and his crew were amazing. They were here two days fixing crack in foundation, placing french drain around crawlspace, and installing two sump pumps. Joe was extraordinarly responsive and talked through all options with me. He even came out the first day to answer a question I had about another pipe in the basement. He ended up having his guys seal the pipe for no charge. They left the place spotless which is crazy considering how much dirt/concrete they took out.
