"Pontius landscaping and repair LLC remodeled my bathroom from the ground up. They did a flawless job not one complaint. They were very nice and professional very considerate as well. Their prices are very fair, they sat down with me and itemized the bill at the end and explained where every dollar I payed came, from which I really appreciated. I would recommend this company to anybody thatâ s looking for any project that needs to be done around their house or yard. A plus company."

"He came when expected, looked the job over, asked me some questions concerning the job and gave me an estimate. When I agreed to hire him after I asked a few questions he left to purchase the supplies he needed for the job and sent me an invoice via QuickBooks. I accepted the invoice and paid via Debit card and he completed his part of the job that day and the stainer finished the job the following day. I was pleased with the job and the prompt- ness and it was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Scotto who seemed to be well organized and kept me informed as we proceeded. I would definitely use him again."

"Just Right Repairs provided an excellent experience through out the entire project. From customer service to estimating cost and being flexible with our availability Ron and his team were amazing. We hired them to perform a small job to fix a vent pipe, and we enjoyed their work so much that we added more projects. They also built a stairs hand rail that really changed the entire look of our living room. Their work was organized and very clean. Ron provided his expertise and recommendations tailored to our needs. We highly recommend this company and will for sure use them again on our next home project."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
