Parker Restoration offered a competitive bid in a timely manner and I contracted Travis Parker to perform the work. He is a skilled craftsman who showed up when he promised and did the restoration carefully and with a high level of attention to detail. He was very flexible as we identified some additional decay that needed to be addressed, and worked every day until the job was finished. The work quality is nothing short of outstanding, and I came to trust Travis such that I authorized him to just fix whatever decay he found. He left the work area spotless at the end of each day, and was rigorous in cleaning the work area to make sure our family dog did not encounter any construction material. The final bill was very reasonable and as expected. I would be happy to provide a reference for Parker Restoration."

He painted the interior of our home, fixed & painted all of our doors, ripped out old flooring & installed new flooring, installed new baseboards along with other smaller projects.
