I hired P-I-R to drywall repair and repaint a dented and damaged staircase wall. First, I interacted with Higor who was cordial and extremely communicative in coordinating and scheduling project. The owner of P-I-R, Zach Fry, also had hand-on involvement in organizing finer details of job, including project manager assignment. My best remarks are reserved for Ken, the project manager. Ken was exemplary and professional in completing my drywall repair and repaint. His attention to detail was amazing; Ken treats each project as if he were working on his own home. Interested in learning, I asked Ken if I could watch the repair and repaint. Not only could I observe, but Ken also took the time to teach me every step of the way.
