"This was our first move and I had done a lot of research on moving companies. M&M Movers had great reviews which is why we chose to contact them for a quote. From the very first phone call with Max and Natalie, I had great service. Their prices are very reasonable and Natalie communicated that due the fact that both locations has stairs, the price might be a little more by maybe an hour or so. John, Ricardo and Mulik arrived on time and John had also communicated that they might take a little longer due to the stairs. There were no hidden costs and they had moved more than what was quoted. They were very professional and treated our furniture with respect, they worked at a good pace ensuring that nothing got damaged. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs to move, we will use this company when we move into our own home. And I also want to thank them for cleaning the stairs in the old place, it was a nice surprise when I returned."

"To start off, when calling customer service, they were very nice and welcoming. I spoke to a man named Joey. He did not pressure me to sign with them immediately. They welcomed me to shop around if I felt like it, but their price was competitive and lowest out of the 5 companies called. I asked for earliest ability to get my couches moved and they came the next day first thing in the morning. The guys who came in were very courteous, nice and placed my couches exactly where I needed them. No damage happened to my door, walls or tile.
