He came and he wanted to make sure his measurements were accurate. If he has to go get a part or materials he identifies for you What side of town he has to go and how long he will be gone. He returns to your project when he says. He does not go and take on another project and leave you hanging. I love the fact that there are not 2 to 4 hour windows of appt time. He will call you the day of your appointment and give you an idea of the time that he will be here. And when he leaves the job site he makes sure that he has cleaned up whatever needs to be cleaned. He is such a clean professional that when he arrives to your residence you don't even know that this person might have been doing another job for someone else. "Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
