"I found Integrity by a referral from a contractor and was not disappointed. They were prompt, courteous, and price competitive. During the install, we found that mice had eaten into the existing flexible ducting so asked if they could replace those as well. Jace and his team were able to pivot quickly to account for the new work and still complete the job by a hard deadline with another contractor,even though the ducting added a very long day of work. A phenomenal team of guys who were polite even after laying in my crawl space for 9 hours.Integrity was also flexible in accommodating our request to use our own Nest thermostats. My only constructive comment would be that they could have routed the lines better if they had taken down more interior Sheetrock (we were going to remodel anyway so this would not have been a big deal in our case). Instead, they routed the lines up the exterior of the building which is not as efficient or aesthetic.In summary though, I was exceptionally pleased with their server."

I explained situation, he said they could be out by Monday. I said is it possible to come today? He called his office and got approval to come out and was here in half an hour! He was very professional, quick, and explained process throughly. I hired them, and he took care of it all and repaires were completed by Tuesday. I would recommend this company."
