This house is very old and no one had ever thought to change out an obsolete system with a hot water heater. Anyway, the coil wasn't heating the water. it did at first, but the warm water only lasted a few minutes. We contacted a lot of plumbers and JMB Plumbing was the only one to call us right away. Jim came out and informed my daughter that the coil system is a terrible system and she should replace it with a hot water heater. So, that's what she did. The price was really good, the service very professional, and it was definitely the correct decision. I would hire Jim again in a minute. He is very friendly, courteous, and won't rip you off. He has very reasonable prices and does great work."
