He also presented his insurance certificates, license, and other documents required by the city of Boston in a timely manner. The work began on the day that was promised, and every step along the way was well communicated. I was always able to reach Wladimir for questions and discussions. The result is a porch that was built professionally, inspected and is a great improvement to the house. "I would like to thank Sean and heâ s team for all their dedication and hard work over the last few days with helping me fulfill my dream roof I called Sean Thursday of last week because my husband started to see some leaks so Sean and John came around to inspect it and found exactly where the water was seeping in from so then he explained what was needed and that my roof had reached itâ s lifespan so he gave me and my husband options which was really helpful so then we came to a plan instead of having to repair our roof every couple of years we decided to go ahead with a full roof replacement and the timing was great and phenomenal the guys at rain and shine really went over and above to make sure our needs was satisfied and our roof was completed within our time frame I would highly recommend rain and shine masonry and construction to any home owners looking for work Kind regards Stephanie Walsh"
