"My pool was in desperate need of repair from years of leaks, erosion, inefficient return line, cracked tiles and crumbling plaster. Alex responded to my quote request immediately.. He was extremely helpful in explaining what was needed and he was very informative! I was surprised and very grateful that the project was started within a few days. From the start of the demo to the final day of plastering each and every staff member was hardworking, very thorough, polite and respectful. Before they left each day, they cleaned up the pool deck and surrounding area. Even though we dealt with a few days of rain, the project ended on time which was incredible. My pool looks amazing!! I now have the required three return lines, my steps were fixed which will make my older family members happy and my pool is glistening!! Alex also referred me to a new, well respected and â trustworthyâ pool service at my request. It took me a long time to make my decision to have my pool repaired because I wanted it done correctly. I am sooooo happy that I chose Shell Seaâ s Pools & Spas!!! Thanks Alex and please thank your entire crew too!!"
