Jay returned for the follow up visits as scheduled and let me know of his whereabouts and arrival times. With additional questions that I had, Chris, the owner, came over, finished the job, and spent time looking around and investigating where the water may have entered. Chris also suggested things I could use and do in the meantime until I can permanently fix the problem. I am willing to pay more for a company that is responsive, patient, and does good work. That said, I think the pricing was fair and they did not gouge in an emergency situation. I feel confident that if I have any questions in the future I can call All Dry.
