"Rey was prompt and professional. On his first visit, he installed some screening over the exterior port to the ducting vent to prevent additional critters from entering the vent. On his follow-up, he removed two dead birds from the vent above our microwave and sanitized the vent area. We appreciate his help in getting this distasteful task completed in just two days."
