"Ryan followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I mentioned that overall I was pleased, but heavy rain before the sealer was fully dry had diluted some areas resulting in a splotchy look here and there. Ryan came out within a couple of days and made it more than right. RG Pack demonstrated outstanding customer service."
