"Our 4X4-inch master bathroom tiles are almost 20 years old and were in need of cleaning and regrouting. Grout Masters came on Saturday and transformed the white tiles in our floor, bench and shower from dingy to looking like new! Dale and Kevin were super nice and pleasant to deal with throughout. We had three cracked tiles that were impossible to match precisely, but Dale came up with the idea to trade tiles from behind the toilet where they wouldn’t show and put the matching tiles in the area where they do show. We liked the way they had solutions to every little problem and explained to us clearly exactly what they found and how they corrected it. And their price was very fair!"

"Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."
