I found that person in Dean. Not only was he very experienced, he was professional, an expert in his craft and made my mom’s old bathroom look like new. He kept my sisters informed of the process till completion and my mom was so happy with the new flooring and vanity that was installed in less than 2 days. We will definitely keep DVS flooring on speed-dial as he was a god send. And we have additional repair projects for my mom’s home in the coming months that I will be using DVS Flooring to complete. "I needed some repair done on my rolldown storm rouladen. Warren offered to help, but acknowledged that these are not a specialty of his. While looking at the rouladen, he noticed the vent pipe boots were splitting and pointed them out. I could see the damage from the ground. He replaced all three in 30 minutes. He was there when he said he would be, and didn't walk around my house looking for more things to work on. He worked quickly and for a reasonable price. He did not buy the parts and upcharge to me. He gave me the receipt showing what the boots cost. New to the area, I feel relieved to have someone I can trust to work on my home with skill, honesty and integrity."
