"We hired David and Noah to do a gut renovation of our home in Santa Monica. We decided to hire them after interviewing six different contractors. From the initial phone call I had with the office I knew these guys were different. We were impressed to find that they were the only contractors to ask that I forward the blueprints we had so that he could come to the meeting prepared. When we met we immediately felt comfortable entrusting our new home to his company. Our project ended up being more difficult than we originally had thought. Some walls we wanted to remove were structural and almost every wall had plumbing. David and Noah, and their entire team handled each surprise like seasoned pros and these challenges did not stop their team from delivering the home we had envisioned. Santa Monica is also very strict with inspections. The office was scheduling inspections every time we needed and was very patient and professional working with the city. The quality of the work has been great and the team even occasionally reaches out to make sure everything is ok. I would not hesitate recommending them. At the end of the day they are really great people with a terrific team. They are professional and they stand by their work."

I have never known another painter or contractor to provide daily updates via FaceTime and show you the work that was completed. By the time the job was completed, my brother physically went to the house and did a walk through and said everything looked outstanding. "Starting off, my roof was in bad condition. Unfortunately, we had a few leaks and the shingles were worn out and just did not look good for a little while. We met with Isaac and a few other experienced contractors to get an estimate to redo our roof. As simple as a roof may seem, Isaac really went into detail about the whole process of the job. He explained to us many ways that our roof could turn out in the long run, including the different materials we can use according to our budget. He also recommended that we replace our insulation, which was a huge reason why the home would get so hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. The job was finished in less than 72 hours from the time they started. Thanks to Superior we have a shingle roof with a warranty long enough for us and even the next owner to come. The insulation made a huge difference as well. Every step of the way Isaac has proven his knowledge and integrity to be true. I am looking forward to embarking on a new project with Superior and highly recommend to use this contractor."
