"Jason came in and walked through my rental with me. He found things that I overlooked. The subfloor in the bathroom was soft around the toilet due to a slow leak that must have been there forever!! Same issue in the laundry area. Tenants never notified me of the cold water dripping behind the washer. Jason completely gutted the subfloor in both locations, repaired all the walls of fist sized holes and installed new flooring, blinds, fixtures and painted the interior. I am so impressed with not only the quality of work or the great prices, but he has the greatest personality ever!! Heâ s a very easy man to talk to.
