After a failed attempt by another group that did not fix the issue correctly and made the leak worst, we were pretty traumatized. Vladimir was very thorough in walking me through what the issue was and the work that needed to be done and priced the job competitively. We ended up having to demo the exterior stairs and redo the waterproof barrier. His team worked diligently to keep to the timeframe we discussed. Vladimir was very responsive when I had a question or concern. He was very detailed and inspected work through each phase to ensure it was properly done.
