He diagnosed the problem within a minute. He had the parts to fix the problem. The whole matter took about and hour from phone call to repair. The phone interviewer asked the right questions so that the tech could be prepared for the problem. One of the things that I really appreciated was that the tech was well dressed and clean and didn't smell like cigarettes or pot."
