"Alejandro came to inspect my condo for termites. He was on time, dressed neatly and prepared. He introduced himself. He explains he likes to start outside then do the attic last. He goes out and begins his inspection, knocks and asks for access to the garage and then moves up to the attic. It was already noticed he is very methodical, thorough and is taking more time in his inspection than the three other companies I had already seen. He completes the attic inspection and returns his ladder to the truck. When he comes back inside we sit and he states he is going to show me everything and I will understand exactly what he is going to do when we are done. He presents a sketch of my condo on graph paper with the infected areas marked and shows me video and pictures of how it actually looked. He noted there is an infection in the main support beam in the garage. He showed me evidence that another company had masked and sprayed some product in surrounding areas but never went up to drill into the wood and apply product the way you are supposed to. He also showed me an area of extensive damage in the attic involving at least 8 rafters. Conversely, three other companies I had already seen only say I have some damage and it is not too bad. WOW! I could not believe these other companies played it off like it is no big deal when it is. Alejandro explained he had already marked off the areas that need treatment so when his techs come to work they can start right away. He explained the types of products and methods of treatment for this job. He showed me his license, his insurance and explained he is fully covered should one of his guys get hurt on the job so the homeowner does not have to worry about anything. Alejandro is passionate about his work and really cares about his customers. Alejandro comes to your home the day of the job and arrives before his crew to get everything ready for them when they show up and he stays until they are set up and underway. I received a state inspection report about three days after the job was done. I could not ask for more, they are great. I almost cancelled his appointment the day before but forgot, so he showed up at the scheduled time. I am so glad I did not make that call and that Alejandro showed up to the appointment. I would recommend No Nonsense Termite to anyone with full confidence they will receive superb treatment from this company."
