"We had a troubling leek in our roof for several years, other companies came to look at the problem and most of them never really had a plan to fix this terrible problem. I asked for 3 contractors to give me a bid 2 of the contractors said we will try to fix it. After speaking with Leo from Available construction. He said we I see where the problem is and this is how we are going to fix it. I fully understand that leeks in a roof are a difficult problem to diagnose. But Available construction Leo came up with a plan and struck to it seeing it through. The best part of dealing with when the job was finished and he came for final payment, we walked the project together making sure I was having with all the work and Leo making sure I knew that he stood behind his work"

We also needed a few extra items along with the siding. can't have new siding with out new storm doors. We also had 3 old windows we wanted replaced and also a new garage door.
