"I have a floating cabinet that I put up myself for Christmas. Three months later it is floating no more. I looked up Handy Man services on HomeAdvisor and asked for a quote. Got a call from Angelo who listened to my tale of DIY gone wrong and made an appointment to see me that day. Angelo came on time, assessed the problem, explained to me what I did right and what I did wrong. Even explained what the manufacturer did wrong in terms of hole placement and the type of fasteners supplied. Then he got his tools and got to work. When he finished I was certain that the I would NEVER have an issue with my floating cabinet coming off the wall again. Angelo cleaned up the area before packing up his tools and leaving. On his way out he pointed out some other projects that he could do form me whenever I was ready. This is what customer service should be. I will use Joseph & Sons Construction for my next project and recommend that you do too."

"Justin was very easy to work with and he answered any questions I had while offering suggestions too. His team was on time and very respectful while working at my house. I noticed the extra effort made to keep the area clean after each day which was a nice surprise - to me this is a sign of a quality company that takes pride in their work."

"Lennie was an extremely competent painter and spackler. His estimate was more than fair and the quality of his job was excellent. He did a lot of little things for us that wasn't in his original appraisal ,but because he is a perfectionist her insisted on doing what was best for us. He's extremely neat and cleans everything. I have plans for him to return to do more work in our home. His honesty and integrity is something that one should not take lightly. We were very pleased with the job he did."

"They were prompt polite and did a good job repairing my kitchen cupboards and molding that had water damage. After they said they were done I inspected the work and I had a few corrections I wanted. They made a special effort to make sure I was satisfied and made the "fixes" I had requested with no complaints."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
