"My dishwasher was leaving a white film on my glasses and flatware. It is an old GE unit, at least 14 years old. The ASAP tech ran a thorough test of my machine, and then declared the issue to be inadequate drainage through the common sink-washer drain. He explained that I probably needed a plumber - but I should try maximum strength Drain-o gel first. I did - and despite my doubts, it resolved the problem. I would definitely recommend them - and would hire them again."
