He was very polite and gave me a quote over the phone after I sent home some pics of the sofa and recliners needing removal. He made an appointment for the next morning. His crew, Keonte and Josiah arrived promptly as scheduled. Tyrone even called to let me know they were about 10 minutes away. The team was extremely polite and respectful of my property and had the items removed and loaded in no time.
