Tile, Painting, Handyman services
"Ismael and Sara were awesome! They created a beautiful backsplash in our new kitchen. I had ordered stunning tile from Mexico, but it had been mounted irregularly on the mesh by the company. Ismael basically installed each little tile by hand until it was perfect. I would trust them with any tile project. They are such nice people and professional artisans. I wish I had more tile projects!"

"I went to Home Advisor after my original painter failed to show to repaint my cabinets and then did not return my call. I was skeptical about using a contractor who did not come recommended by somebody I knew but I was desperate to get my job completed. Bigfoot Cabinet Refinishing called me the night I made my request and quickly gave me an estimate which was very reasonable, but still I did not know what kind of work he did. Although he was scheduled out for the next three weeks, Nate agreed to take my job and promised to complete it within a week and immediately went to work. He was not only skilled in his craft but was extremely professional in his communication and interaction with me and completed my job in just a few days. I am completely satisfied with the work Nate did and very happy with the price. I would highly recommend Bigfoot Cabinet Refinishing for your next job."

"Many thanks to Jeremy for the excellent work done in completing the repair, staining, and waterproofing approximately 400 linear feet of cedar fence. The work included two distinctive tasks: 1) cleaning old weathered fence and applying cedar stain and 2) cleaning and applying clear preservative to new fencing. His impressive ability to match both stain and preservative together produced a remarkably even color to the entire fence making it difficult to tell old from new fence.i am very pleased with the results and would certainly make use of Jeremy for any type of home improvement project in the future. Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
