She worked with us and came up with game changing ideas to best use our spaces to add value to our house. We had her do our main floor and unfinished basement plans. Now we can renovate with confidence knowing that we are up to code. A fraction of the cost from all other quotes from designers that tried to up-sell us on their services and wanted us to use their sub-contractors. Because we are doing the work ourselves, we didnâ t need that. Perfect fit, because design layout and permit drawings is what she does!
