"We liked the proposal in that we were not forced to think that we need our roof replaced immediately. The price was in line with our expectations. We had an on site project manager through the entire process who addressed every concern and/or question. The roofing crew did an excellent job. Cleanup was done with care keeping our landscape in good shape after the project's completion. Sean was at the site daily as project manager and Randy and Tony (Titan's management) either came daily or kept in constant contact with Sean so that we felt Titan followed through on everything that was explained to us initially. We also felt that if we have any concerns or problems in the future Titan will be there to address those concerns or problems."

"I contacted 3 contractors listed on HomeAdvisor. Tim at Tri State was the ONLY one to call me back. He not only called me back but did so within the same day of my leaving the message. He rearranged his schedule to meet me at a time that worked for me. He also was able to fit my job into his very busy schedule. He replaced an exterior door, repaired drywall AND plaster, and cleaned my box gutters. All this was done in a very timely manner and the clean up when the job was finished was top notch! Tim is an excellent resource and I would not hesitate to use him in the future. Thank you for your help :)"

"U.S. Spouting is an easy company to work with, they do GREAT work for a GREAT price and will work with you on the handling of financial arrangements, too! Bob very quickly and correctly diagnosed my problem (I had water overshooting gutters both in the front and back of my house) and provided the right solution. He even took the time to explain why the problem was occurring and how he would solve it. I had my gutters and downspouts replaced 5 years ago, but the previous company could not solve this problem.
