I've worked with other contractors who would take days off, or work half-days, who wouldn't return your phone calls or texts for multiple days. Jack made this process headache-free and I'm really happy with the result, the staircase we replaced looks amazing! Could I have found someone who would have done the work slightly cheaper? Probably. But I would be willing to bet anything that the finished product would not look as good and that it would have been a miserable process. I think I got more than my money's worth by hiring Jack, and I would not hesitate to do so again for the next project. Highly recommended!"

Communication could have been better, the builder promised weekly meetings but that didn't happen. All in all, we were happy at the end of it all, and all questions were answered and all finishes to our satisfaction, which if you've ever worked with a contractor before, you know isn't a given. 5/5 would work with them again, the fireplace mantel and threshhold was particularly well done."
