"Shelby is knowledgeable and professional and I appreciated his timely calls back. The price was very fair to remove four large tress and trim a large maple. Lonny led the removal crew and they were fast, efficient and very considerate of my property. The clean up was excellent and Lonny kept me well informed."

"Norberto and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They removed a huge damaged tree for us, to the point of allowing the 6 ft trunk remaining to hopefully revive and regrow in the spring. Well done, and very challenging work. They also installed an intricate and elaborate drainage for a new lawn to replace an existing drainage system put in by another contract which only resulted in a dead lawn that had been overcome with an even worse water problem. Mount Olive turned a muddy mess into a perfectly draining area! We are happy to recommend them for your landscape needs and are very pleased with their work. They are good listeners and clearly strive for happy customers."

"Jasper came out and gave us a free estimate which ended up being the very best of two other competitors. He was booked out about a week which worked out for our schedule. He called ahead before he came out and showed up on time. Josh, the other man that accompanied Jasper was equally professional. These guys knew what they were doing, they were efficient, safe and worked independently. I had 2 cedar trees (about 50 feet) tall taken down to stumps. These were extremely close to our house, a shed and our heat pump. One of these trees had 4 trunks in a cluster. All of the branches, tops and rounds landed perfectly without any damage. I also had them prune 3 mature apple trees. They removed all the sucker branches and reduced the circumference. These trees hadn't been pruned in 3 years so they were a mess. Their cleanup off all the sawdust and tiny branches was excellent. It poured down rain the entire time they were at my house but it didn't seem to bother them. I would recommend them for any tree job big or small."

"I hired them to remove six alder/maple trees that were near power lines. They cut the trees down, bucked up the wood into firewood rounds, and removed the branches. Chase was very communicative, prompt, and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal/service."

"I've engaged a couple other tree service companies in the past for my wooded home plot, but always felt like they were trying to sell me on additional items that I didn't need. One service showed up for my latest job to give an estimate and immediately began pointing out 9 trees that needed to come down "immediately" because they were "dangerous," quoting $1,000 per tree - all I wanted was trimming limbs back from the main electrical line to my house. Bear Creek sent an experienced arborist for an estimate, and he proceeded to teach me about the various trees, explained where the previous company was wrong in their assessment and that they were trying to take advantage of me. The amount of knowledge Bear Creek had, and their honesty in their assessment and not selling me on items I didn't need, showed how trustworthy they were. When they came out for the job, they arrived a little early, all wore masks, observed social distancing and other Covid related rules, performed an amazing job, and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. They also offered to provide me the wood chips if I wanted them - I did - and they were kind enough to deliver the huge pile to a location in the back of the lot, and they volunteered to chip random fallen branches along the way. They did such a great job that I hired them a second time to clean up and chip other fallen branches and brush piles, again showed up early and did a superb job, including volunteering to cut up the remainder of a fallen tree that had blocked my secondary driveway. I'm extremely happy with the job and results from Bear Creek, and will definitely be using them as my go-to tree service company moving forward!"
