He identified a good replacement that met our needs and worked within our budget, The work was performed as promised. They ended up having to do additional work to fit the new unit and did not charge us extra. In my opinion, honesty and work ethic are very important attributes in any profession and. that's what differentiates people. They explained everything upfront and all was done in a timely manner. They even followed up to make sure all was good and if we had any questions.
