Her house is full tile and after her elderly dog's passing, it was in need of some TLC to freshen up her home. Josh was our service guy who came and he was on time and courteous and thorough and patient (as we found issues we didn't know needed addressing). He was willing to add to his already long day by adding on additional needs and went the extra mile to help apply a pet odor treatment before leaving. Her couches looked brand new and the freshness was immediate.
