"Very competent service. Steven provided us with a contract spelling out exactly the work we requested. His team showed up on time and completed the work ahead of time. The work involved removing a section of the front lawn, and grass side strips, and replacing them with pebbles to reduce water usage. Steven's team went the extra mile by incorporating some of the better sod they'd removed into the remaining lawn in order to improve its look and quality. Their clean-up afterwards was exemplary. "I contacted Kivo and he came out the same day and gave me an estimate to remove a wood sidewalk and replace with pavers. We agreed to a day to start and a price of 1700 dollars. He showed up with two of his employees on the agreed time. His men started at 730 and completed the work at 1200. They were professional in every sense of the word. The sidewalk is beautiful and well worth the money. I highly recommend him."
