"We have a dupure water filter system and had them install it at our home, they did an awful job, but the water doctor came out and checked our system, he showed me what they did wrong, checked the systems function which was not working right and didn t charge me because he felt bad for the large amount we already paid dupure. They are great, the job will be done right and the prices are fair"

"Excellent service provided. Thought I needed a new water heater when I noticed some water in the pan beneath the tank. The technician Ernest determined it was not from the tank but from a leak coming from the above vent in the roof dripping down into the pan. Not only did he service the water heater by flushing out the tank and changing the anode , he also fixed the vent to stop future leaks. I would highly recommend this company for future services."
