"Truly a top-notch professional in every facet of his business. Lou is extremely knowledgeable about the trade and was patient enough to answer all of my questions. What I admired most was that he takes considerable pride in his craftsmanship and treated this project as if he were working on his own home. The project was completed on time and passed inspections with no issue. In fact the plumbing inspector remarked what a clean job he did. He was respectful and friendly at all times with my family, including my attention seeking 4 year old son. I will be hiring Lou for future projects and will consider him my go to plumber from now on.
