Vinny was by far the most knowledgeable person I dealt with and was more then willing to work around the customization's I needed unlike other contractors that basically wanted to do the job their way and no other. Once I hired Vinny he came by to take final measurements and a material list (which proved to be a crucial step as nothing held up the job on install day). The night before the install Vinny called with an arrival time and was there early working outside my house prior to ringing the bell promptly at our agreed upon time. He brought in a crew of ~12-15 seasoned veterans that worked together like a well oiled machine. This was a huge job that need not only the cooling system but also an entire house worth of ducts to be run. When I say Vinny double checked each and every component and connection I'm not exaggerating. From the first piece of equipment brought onsite to the final spec of dust (there was none when he left, he made sure of it) his team was incredible. Less then 24 hours post install Vinny emailed me all the completed warranty documents and associated papers. I would not hesitate to work with Vinny, his son, and his team again.
