"I dropped some grease on the floor when removing a roasting pan from the oven and damaged a couple of laminate panels. I called Venice Flooring Services, Inc. on Tuesday and Steward contacted me promptly and came the next day. He replaced the panels (we had panels left over from when we had the floors installed) and he did an excellent job. As in a previous review, Stewart was very pleasant and explained everything he was going to do to make the repair and we are very satisfied with his work."
