He came up with an innovative solution to an unusual problem I had where a nervous dog had chewed the sides of my stairs, as well as some door trim. First, two professionals looked at the door and for varying reasons said it couldn't just be fixed, it had to be replaced. Anyway, long story short, Phil did an amazing and creative job, obviously proud of his work (rightfully so), and confident in his ability. Extremely fair price for both tasks. He and Mary left the area clean. I look forward to working with them again."

"I would recommend this company 1 million times. The entire process was so easy. I went on Home Advisor looking for floor installation and not long after Sam called me. I set up an appointment that same day to look at their flooring samples. This was on Saturday. My floors had to be demoed with laminate and tile. The guys had my floor demoed in 1 day and they will be done today!!! I am beyond happy with their customer service. Dia is the gentleman I dealt with at the store and who came to my house. I called him today to thank him for the amazing work they did. The price is VERY affordable and both Sam and Dia have top notch customer service!!! "What can I possibly say about Floor Coverings International West Metro Atlanta besides simplyâ ¦WOW! From the initial call and consultation through the final walkthrough, they were timely, professional, courteous, very customer service oriented and installed exactly what we wanted. They clearly stated what they planned to do each day and followed up with me at the end of the day to tell me what they accomplished and planned for the next day. Our job consisted of replacing carpet in a number of rooms, stretching the carpet in several rooms and changing one room from carpet to hardwood. We actually wanted to replace carpet in a few rooms, but changed our minds after discussing it with Denise, our representative from Floor Coverings International West Metro Atlanta. She seemed more concerned with our overall satisfaction than the amount of the overall sale. Since we had carpet and hardwood installed, we dealt with two different install teams. Both were equally professional, neat, clean and did a fantastic job with their respective craft. They cleaned up very well after the job was complete and made sure I was satisfied before they left each day. When it comes to the new hardwood, it butted up against existing hardwood that was installed in early 2006. We were very concerned with matching the two woods to the point that we ordered a border to separate the rooms. When the installer showed up, he recommended that we return the border as he was confident that he could match it well enough that it would not be noticeable. They used the same wood species and overlapped the sanding, staining and top coat expanding by one board with each process to feather out the blending of the location where the new meets the old.
