"Robert went above and beyond installing our water heater. Robert tied the cooper cold and hot water pipes to a 2 x 4 so they won't rattle and when water begins to flow. He put installation around the hot water pipe which will make it more efficient in the winter. Robert also took the time to explain the various features of the Bradford White Water Heater.
