Mr. Walker built me a metal suspended exterior staircase attached to my 2nd story deck that landed on a cement pad by the door to our garage. I was also impressed by how much time he took to make sure the stairs which were fabricated off site would install perfectly onto the existing building. This is a very tricky thing. Considering the stairs floated out from the wall and attached to a slightly out of level deck and landed on a sloped concrete pad?it was going to take someone like Jason to get it right.
