Dustin was on our roof for an inspection within an hour of my reaching out. He took numerous photos, which he shared with us, detailing problems he noted: While there he noticed not only wind damage , but also that prior repairs had been done shoddily, leaving our roof and our home at risk of a leak and resultant damage. The very next day Tailored Exteriors repaired our roof -including the prior shoddy workmanship noted in the photos. We were very satisfied with the quote and timeliness of project completion and pleased to hear that Tailored Exteriors warranties their work .
