Dustin was on our roof for an inspection within an hour of my reaching out. He took numerous photos, which he shared with us, detailing problems he noted: While there he noticed not only wind damage , but also that prior repairs had been done shoddily, leaving our roof and our home at risk of a leak and resultant damage. The very next day Tailored Exteriors repaired our roof -including the prior shoddy workmanship noted in the photos. "This was a job most roofers would refuse. It could have been very invasive and expensive, on one end. On the other end, it would’ve needed a quick fix that would be effective for years. I elected the easier route. The fix was done within nine days though roofers are notoriously busy and there were some extenuating circumstances. Easy to communicate with, too."

"We just got our roof replaced with 5 Star. We had a great experience. Matt came out, looked at our roof, and identified damaged. I opened a claim with my insurance company. Matt and the insurance company worked together to get coverage. I only had to click a few buttons and wait. Matt came by to get a deposit and then final payment once the roof was complete. Our roof was completed ahead of schedule and it only took six hours. The installers were professional and efficient. I hope they liked the Gatorade my daughter brought to them. The roof looks great.
