"I shopped around and got 6 bids. I decided on a new deck with composite and vinyl versus a repair. Intelligentâ s owner, Mike reached out to me and promised great work with an earlier start date than his competition. There were several phone calls from Intelligent and others but Mike sold me on his company. . The work started promptly and Iâ m happy with the final results. The work crew was informative and courteous. The front office staff- Mary and Adam kept in contact with me the entire time. If ever I need any exterior work, they will be my first call."
