For example, we asked for a special “cat proof” screen. Not only did they deliver, but they also noticed that the standard door they purchased didn’t meet this spec. So, without even asking, they rescreened the entire door to be safer for our cats. They even checked to make sure that the pull strings for the ceiling fan they installed were at an appropriate height. A fantastic job!"
