After diagnosing the problem, he went to one of their local vendors and purchased the correct spring -- he had already told us in the initial phone conversation that might happen. Upon his return, he replaced the broken spring and then carefully checked everything to make sure it was in proper working order. Charlie was friendly, professional, and informative. They also built a paver stone platform at the bottom of our deck stairs. And reset the paver platform and stairs, replacing some splintered boards in front of our front door.
