"My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! "Chad was excellent to work with! He came to our house numerous time to discuss the project and to take measurements. He always returned phone calls and reply to texts within reasonable time. Our front door project was just done two weeks ago, however, we are very pleased with the end results. Chad was very professional, cleaned everything at the end of each day, (took two days to complete job,) and really too his time. No rushing through and was happy to have our input throughout the project. I will be happy to post more feedback as time goes on. Doors are one of those projects that it might take some time before any water issues shows up. But right now, we are very pleased with the overall experience with Chad!!"
