Instead of waiting for an appointment, he offered to come thirty minutes later. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem efficiently and explained the course of action to me. I was able to understand the issue and course of action. He have a quote that was the same as another pro. I accepted. When he asked for payment, the price was slightly cheaper, which I appreciated.
