"Having dealt with other contractors in the area with their high pressure sales and multi-level "profit sharing", thus high prices for services rendered, I took the chance on Skyline Exteriors due to seeing their sign on a property they recently finished. I wanted my home updated by having it re-sided. Between the main house and an additional unattached 2 stall garage, it was about 30 square or so. From the onset, bubbly Kali was genuinely excited to schedule an estimate. Matt showed up and presented his products, took pictures/measurements and gave us a ballpark figure. Matt followed up with a precise quote, and after separating our wants from our needs, we agreed on a final price. At no time was there any pressure to "sign on the dotted line". All dealings/agreements were done with a handshake or text message. The most surprising aspect was that no down payment was required by this company. They gave us an approximate time schedule, following up continuously with updates for our installation date(s). Jose' and his brother were our crew that performed the work. They were personable, dedicated to quality and their skill/craftsmanship was remarkable. They truly like what they do and it shows. Punctual, friendly and always ready to please. Daily cleanup was the norm for them. If you get a choice, I would highly recommend this team to do your job.
