"So this review only lets me check one item of repair and not only was painting done, but repairing drywall, laying vinyl planking, building an exterior deck, refurbishing tired and weedy landscaping, power washing the siding. One of the hardest working people that get the job done, show up when they say they will, clean up after themselves, very particular with their work. "This is the best customer experience I could ever possibly imagine out of a contracting company! Everyone in this company throughout the process was incredibly knowledgeable on their duties. J&B West Roofing and Construction company is professional from top-to-bottom. They had their roof professional come to my property to do an estimate on a REPAIR of my roof due to wind damage, and he even knew that there was a strong chance that the REPLACEMENT of the ENTIRE roof would be covered by home owners insurance due to a defective shingle that is no longer circulated in the market. He double checked with his co-workers via text message photos and spoke with them on the phone to make sure that this was the case, and he was correct! The knowledge and due diligence of this individual saved me so much money in my roof replacement (about 15,000 dollars to be closed to exact). It doesn't stop there! Their crew came on-site later than planned (due only to inclement weather), and they finished job within 8 or 9 hours to the most supreme standard. I was so excited at how well everything went that I had went and personally shook the hand of every worker at least twice. Even further! They have clauses within their contacts that say you have to pay within x amount of days (I can't remember the exact amount of days, so let's call it 30), and I never received any kind of extra charge due to my insurance company and my mortgage company taking much longer than x amount of days to get everything handled. I even went out to social media claiming their excellence, not even knowing at the time that they had a customer referral program, and someone I know dearly had decided to retain their services. I was contacted by that someone, and they told me that J&B would be soon sending me a referral check! This company will be taking over this industry before we know it. Please know they absolutely have my personal endorsement. If I could give them anything more than a 5 out of 5 on this website.. i would 10 out of 10 times. Excellent."

"Our family completely remodeled our home. We are DIY people by heart, but I'm really happy that we called Rogers for this part. We knew our roof was old, but we never thought that we had moisture issues in our attic. Mitch was able to explain that our attic wasn't letting air in and out properly, causing moisture and mold to grow on the attic ceiling. Our attic was over 100 degrees on a day that it was 75! He was able to draw up a plan immediately to tackle all of these issues with our new roof. From start to finish, Rogers Roofing has been a professional, responsive, and friendly company to work with. No, they were not the cheapest bid we had, but they were the ONLY ones that brought attention to anything other than the shingles being old. New shingles really do not matter if the roof is going to start warping, as Mitch explained. If I could give more stars I would, thank you SO much!"

They texted me before arriving (including a photo so I would recognize them), texted me photos of my attic prior to installation, texted me photos of the progress (an addition and the main house), and texted when complete. They were friendly and courteous and even cleaned up after the job was complete. Highly recommend."
