Phone calls confirmed the appointment but also allowed for a technician to come that day (instead of the next) time permitting. I was juggling several appointments and when Ronen showed up and quickly ID'd the problem and told me the (reasonable) cost, I said to proceed and wrote a check then dashed off to my appointments. Two hours later when I returned, Ronen had just finished and showed me all he had done, including the extras such as tightening all the hinges, cleaning up bracket rust and spray-painting it - among other things.
