"I was in the process of having a rental remodeled for a few months. Unfortunately, the work started by the initial â  handymanâ  , in Oct. 2023, showed he was rushing, not detail oriented, was over his head, and had very young and inexperienced assistants that made the process a disappointing nightmare, which caused me to lose sleep, time and money. Installed doors; replaced bath vanity with new plumbing; installed crown molding, wainscot, ceiling fan, dog door in wall, outdoor security lights, 200 foot x 6 foot cedar fence, chain link fence,; built backyard paver patio with 10x10 pergola in concrete; repaired sprinkler issues; electrical repairs; mounted outdoor flag poles; removed old wrought iron railing on porch. Poured a concrete step off porch. He helped transplant roses/garden plants from deceased uncleâ s home. Moved various items from said items to my home.
